While we are confident in the quality of our products and have received recognition from many customers, we regret that we cannot offer refunds if your cat doesn't like our products. Q: How can I track my order?
A: After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We prepare your items immediately after you place your order. Estimated delivery time is 6-9 business days after your order is shipped.

Q: Can I change my shipping address or email address after placing an order?
A: Yes, you can request a shipping address change, but please do so as soon as possible before your order is shipped out.

3. The new shipping address or email address you wish to have linked

A: Mostly, you don't need to.

Q: How long do I have to Return or Exchange an item?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items in their original and unworn condition within 60 days for a refund or exchange. (Shipping and handling fees are not refunded). Please note that we must RECEIVE your return within 60 days of your original sales date. Items must be returned in their original condition including product inner boxes.
